SVS's Trading Charge of £5.75 is Not the only cost of buying shares from them: Section 21. part-b of their T&Cs says that they may benefit from a mark up of the price of any security transacted for you. This likely applies to All brokers which makes the principle value of this site to be nill; [ I use another broker who mark up an extra 1% on the Ask price !! ].
